Description

Process Introduction:

The dough is rolled and stretched by two dough-pressing wheels and a dough-rolling device.
The dough thickness can be adjusted to increase or decrease the product weight.
On the main conveyor belt, the dough is automatically rolled into strips, webs, and other shapes by an automatic dough-rolling device.
The dough is then rolled into strips by a reel and auxiliary reel. Fillings can be added during the rolling process.
The independent conveyor can be configured with powdering, spreading, and coating functions depending on the process.
The system is equipped with automatic control, automatically feeding, dividing, rolling, and discharging the dough. Different reel configurations can be configured to suit different processes.
